does anybody know how the precedure work out for change hs in 9 grade.and i ask the school counsel they told me that go to region 9 parent support center.|||Follow the directions given by the counselor.
At one time the procedures were clear and well understood. New York City Public School are going through another reorganization and that could could cause delays and problems.
You need to persevere and in the end you will probably get the transfer.
