When transferring stores at a job do you feel that...?

When you made top regional manager in your region and were transferred to another store that this business was wrong.

Here's the story,(the store in question had many internal issues such as the person in charge of the store was making up positions, not confronting issues, and causing conflict because this person did not take charge and lead the store). That person also let the workers run the store because there was no boundaries and basically running their jobs without consequences.

So after making top of your region and you are transferred to that person's store, and that person transferred to your place of business. The reason you are transferred there is that you are doing well and your bosses want you to clean up that store because of problems and it is a bigger place.

Then when you are starting to clean up that mess internally, a worker calls in a tip on something that is perceived. Then they fire you without actually checking into it and getting your side of the store and you are fired. While the other jerk gets to keep their job even though their performance is the worst in the region and the problem was caused because that other manager didn't lead by example or confront problems, or get rid of people that caused problems like the person calling into false stuff on people.

Wouldn't that piss you off? Comments please.|||yes it would ,but, you should have requested a meeting with a mediator so all grievances could be aired and the mediator or board could have decided if firing you was in the best interest of the company since you have such a great record.
