Native English Speakers, please correct my composition?

Question: Explain what "tanshinfunin" means in English and explain its social background.

My answer:

Tanshinfunin means living apart from one's family temporarily, say, for 2 or 3 years for being transferred to a region far away from one's home.

Today more and more Japanese fathers are forced to make this decision for various reasons. One reason is related to children's education. While their children are very young, parents won't hesitate to take children with them. However some parents who have school aged children might be concerned that they can fit in a new school.

The older their children are, the more complicated the situation is. Most of the families that have high school aged children have to choose to live apart: Fathers move to the new place alone, leaving their wives and children at home. That's because it is difficult to find a school at the same level for their children as their current one in the new place.

I think the school authorities should improve this situation.

I asked the same question before but I want more advise.

Thanks in advance|||Your are being rude by asking for only native English speakers.
