In What Jurisdictions is Online Poker legal and regulated?

Can someone tell me what jurisdictions (Countries and Regions) allow online poker play for real money and facilitate fast and legal banking transfer services even for large sums of money? If anyone has a list of countries it would be greatly appreciated.|||Online Poker is legal and regulated in many countries around the world such as the United Kingdom. But not all countries have embraced the online gambling industry and the legality of online poker is a complicated subject matter. Gambling in any way, shape or form is illegal in many countries around the world. Many countries allow state run gambling operations but impose bans in online gambling. Other countries have laws that are unclear usually because these laws were implemented before the advent of the Internet. From here http://www.jokeronlinecasino.com you may get more information on legality of online poker.|||I think easier would be to list where online poker is illegal. This is taken from this PKR review where they list the excluded countries:

USA, Hong Kong, Turkey, North Korea, South Korea, Iran, Israel, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Sudan and Syrian Arab Republic.

Depending on where the business is operating, it might be illegal for them to run it in their own country.

No idea about the banking transfers or even what you are thinking. It is only legal if you are there and have a bank there.|||Spam drivel crap. The sad part is, if left to a vote Harmon Cooper will use as many profiles as it takes to vote himself as "Best Answer".

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question. Canada might be a good choice. I just know that spam crap won't do you any good.
