New Computer thinks its in Korea after Transfer?

Bought a new computer and did data transfer from Laptop (Bought laptop while I was in Korea) to this desktop now when I open browsers its in Korean, the settings are set to English. Ran into a couple issues where something could not be shown to region I am in like say Hulu. Again region is set to United States and language is English, what am I missing. Why is browser still showing it in Korean and not just English.|||here is a pdf which will guide you through few steps to change your Region specific problems,
